Daniel also regularly deals with crisis management . He has experience in handling complex administrative and litigation matters relating to professional discipline, national security, international law, foreign sovereign and diplomatic immunity, and the Freedom of Information/Privacy Act.

As Daniel is fluent in German, he has acted on numerous files involving complex civil litigation, probate, estate administration and estate litigation.
Daniel regularly appears on the Estates List and the Commercial List. Daniel is fluent in German, Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian.

Prior to law school, Daniel was employed with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) in Ottawa as a Senior Policy Advisor and has extensive knowledge of government operations. During his law studies, Daniel was employed by the in-house legal department of Rogers Communications, Canada’s largest mobile operator, as well as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
